We reserve the right to verify any information submitted and to reject or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards or are not relevant to our platform's mission.

Listings found to contain false or misleading information may be removed immediately, and the submitter's account may be suspended or terminated.

When using SWFL Fresh Connect, you agree NOT to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
